Despite a very challenging planning application case with Ayrshire Council planners, when we thought that all hope was lost, Ghaz (who was assigned the case) kept on pressing , challenging every single argument put forward by the Council!! Two of our planning applications and their drawings were made at UDEX. The survey was prioritised quickly and the drawings were submitted on time. The corrections and revisions were completed with a short turn-over rate given the number of projects they had going on simultaneously. I would suggest UDEX given their efficiency to produce what was discussed without any scheduling delays.

As I complete the drawings for my project. Saam has actively pushed the project from a design standpoint, ensuring that all of the drawings are flawless in advance of the construction phase later this year. My decision to work with Udex has significantly reduced my burden, and I am eager to do so until my project is finished.

My biggest barrier to achieve my goal on my home renovation project was the planning permission. After countless years of frustrated attempts with other London architects and the disappointment of loosing the applications each and every time, my motivation was drained... This is an early review since this process is still ongoing, but our initial offers were recently made available to us. I want to share how pleased we are right now. Even though we seem to have had a very long list of demands that we really didn't believe would work with our plot, nothing has seemed to be too challenging. In addition to a major renovation to make the rest of the house usable for our family, we are planning an annex for a family member. The best part was getting three different proposals presented to us. The 3D pictures really helped us understand the scale of the proposals, and it was nice to have some features that we didn't like (as we didn't realise they were until we saw them). We are now moving on to the next stage, where we are choosing the best aspects from each of the three possibilities, and we'll see how we do. We have had a tonne of questions along the road and will undoubtedly many more. Saam has always been really kind and patient with us, and we are very happy we decided to work with them.

Saam and Ghaz were constantly communicative from day one. Ghaz engaged with us during the whole process, understood our requirements very well, gave us very helpful architecture / planning /design advice, delivered more than we asked for. Cannot give them high enough praise.
