Project planning with client
At UDAI, We offer to apply AI to floor plans analysis and generation. Our ultimate goal is three-fold: (1) to generate floor plans i.e. optimize the generation of a large and highly diverse quantity of floor plan designs, (2) to qualify floor plans i.e. offer a proper classification methodology (3) to allow users to “browse” through generated design options.

Working on draft plan & ideas with AI
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a computer system that is able to perform tasks normally requiring human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. AI comes to these decisions by utilising tons of data, and this is where AI can shine in architecture. At UDAI we already use past construction, design, and building data to tackle new projects. The ability to utilise tons of previous data in a millisecond to enhance the architecture design process could work wonders.

Construction & Planning
When planning to construct a building, Architects can never be too prepared. Sometimes years of planning are needed just to bring an architect’s vision to life. This is where our in-house AI can be a very powerful tool.
Our inhouse AI design tool makes the planning process significantly efficient, giving us and the clients access to countless amounts of data, creating models, interpreting the building environment, and creating cost estimates. All this information can be easily conveyed to us as architects to help shorten design and building time.

Finalise works with client
For architects, starting off a project requires countless hours of research, both of understanding the design intent of the project and of projects in the past. This is where our AI engine AI design step in.
With our AI design engine’s ability to take limitless amounts of data, we can go about researching and testing several ideas at the same time with ease; conceptual design with little to no use of the pen and the paper. With our AI system, we pull all zoning data, building codes, and disabled design data, and generate design variations that also follow a certain design vocabulary and offer different design options.
