About Mohita
I’m a Planning Consultant with a sharp eye for detail, a soft spot for tricky planning policies, and an ever-evolving interest in seeing good design move from sketch to site. My role bridges the technical and the collaborative; I support the team in preparing applications, researching site constraints, and ensuring our proposals align with both client goals and local planning frameworks.
